  • Are your themes compatible with WordPress.com, Wix, Shopify, Blogger or Squarespace?

    Unfortunately, the themes are not compatible with WordPress.com, Wix, Shopify, Blogger or Squarespace. The themes are specifically tailored for use on self-hosted WordPress.org sites that utilize the Kadence Framework. This framework requires hosting, so you'll need a hosting provider for your website. If you're new to this process, please refer to your hosts support.

  • Do I need to purchase the Kadence framework in addition to your theme?

    No, you won't need to make an extra purchase for the Kadence framework. It's important to note that the Kadence Framework is available for free. However, if you're interested in accessing the enhanced features offered by Kadence Pro, you have the option to purchase it separately.   • Can I use an ecommerce plugin with your themes?

    Yes, absolutely! You have the flexibility to integrate ecommerce plugins such as WooCommerce into our themes. The themes are WooCommerce-ready and some even come with a complete shop installed!

  • Can I use your theme with older versions of WordPress?

    The themes are tested and designed to function seamlessly on the most recent version of WordPress, specifically 5.8 and beyond. Prior to installing your chosen theme, I strongly recommend updating your WordPress installation to the latest version to ensure optimal compatibility and performance.

  • Can I use your themes with the Classic Editor plugin?

    No, compatibility with the Classic Editor plugin is not supported. In order to utilize the homepage and other pages that come with your theme, it's necessary to uninstall the Classic Editor plugin. This is due to the fact that all pages, posts, and widget areas within the themes are constructed using blocks.

  • Do your themes work with Elementor or Beaver Builder?

    My Kadence child themes can indeed function with both Elementor and Beaver Builder. However, it's important to note that my themes are designed independently, and I don't use these builders in their creation. Consequently, to leverage the full potential of my themes, you'll need to craft your pages using your preferred page builder. Since my themes rely on the Kadence block editor for page creation, editing these blocks using Elementor or Beaver Builder is not possible. Kindly understand that I don't offer support for Elementor or Beaver Builder due to these limitations.

Licensing and Usage Limits

  • Can I use your theme on multiple sites?

    Certainly! The theme you acquire can be utilized on your own websites. In fact, you're permitted to use the same theme on up to three of your personal websites. However, please note that redistributing the child theme to others is not allowed.

  • What if I’m a website designer creating sites for clients?

    If you're a website designer building sites for clients, please be aware that each client's website will require an additional license. It's important to note that support will be extended exclusively to the person who purchased the theme. To ensure a smooth support experience, I encourage website designers to recommend that their clients directly purchase the theme license from me.   • Is the theme fee a one-time payment or an annual charge?

    It’s a one-time payment for the child themes and services. This single fee covers the use of the child theme across all your websites. Updates and support is valid for a year.

  • Reselling Your Theme Allowed?

    Absolutely not. It's important to note that purchasing a theme from Wordpress Music Themes does not grant permission to resell it. Such an action directly contradicts my terms and conditions.

Installation and Downloads

  • How do I download my files after purchase?

    Upon completing your purchase, an email will be sent to you containing comprehensive details about your order. This email will also include a link to download your theme files. In addition, you can access all your downloads directly within your account on WP Music Themes.

  • When I install your theme, will it look exactly like the demo site?

    Indeed, it will! By following the step-by-step installation instructions, your new website will mirror the appearance of the demo site immediately after installation. You can then proceed to update the content and images with your own preferences.

  • What Changes Occur to My Existing Website and Content Upon Installing Your Theme?

    Upon installing our theme, your website's customizer settings and overall design will transform, reflecting the new theme's design. Importantly, your current content including blog posts, media, pages, menus, and categories remains completely intact – there is no risk of any content being deleted. However, please be aware that some of your widgets might be relocated to the Inactive Widget area, as various themes possess distinct widget areas. You can easily reposition these widgets once your new theme is installed.

  • Is it Possible to Eliminate the Footer Credit from the Theme?

    Certainly, you have the option to remove the Wordpress Music Themes footer credit link from your theme's footer. While this is permissible, it would be wonderful if you could include a link back to somewhere on your site. Your support for my small business is truly appreciated!

  • Am I allowed to include new pages and/or remove current ones?
